Island Micro Solutions, established in 1988, is a full service technology consulting firm dedicated to improving the productivity of our clients. Mr. Meador established Hawaii-based Island Micro Solutions in October of 1988. He has over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing information systems. His extensive experience in analyzing business processes has made him an expert in translating requirements into technical solutions.

A graduate of the University of Hawaii College of Business, Mr. Meador majored in financial and managerial accounting with a supplemental emphasis in computers and finance.

Before founding Island Micro Solutions, Mr. Meador worked in the financial sector computerizing and automating the operations of several credit unions and heading the development and implementation of a state-wide check processing system.

Mr. Louie joined Island Micro Solutions in 1991 with a technical background in computer systems and software development. His extensive experience in custom programming of database applications allows Island Micro Solutions to offer integrated solutions tailored to our clients' requirements.

After graduating from the University of Hawaii in 1983 with a major in Management Information Systems and a supplementary emphasis on accounting and finance, Mr. Louie modified statistical programs for the federal government and developed an investment and portfolio accounting system for a money manager.
